You are located in Australia.
You currently have a Tier 4 (General) student visa, also known as a student visa.
you used your student visa or Tier 4 (General) student visa to study for a minimum amount of time towards an Australian bachelor's degree, postgraduate degree, or other qualified course.
The Home Office has been informed by your educational institution (e.g., your college or university) that you have successfully finished your course.
If you are unsure if your education provider has notified the Home Office that you have successfully finished your course, you can inquire with them.

Prior to the expiration of your Tier 4 (General) or graduate temporary visa, you must apply.
Once your college or institution informed the Home Office that you have successfully finished the graduation you were enrolled in with your student or Tier 4 (General) graduate temporary visa, as you are eligible to apply.
